Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Price AI. By using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Price AI Inc. ("Price AI," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of the Price AI mobile application and website at trypriceai.app (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, installing, or using Price AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Price AI is an AI-powered price comparison application that allows users to scan physical products with their camera to receive price comparisons across multiple retailers, a Deal Score, and Fair Market Value estimates. The Service requires a paid subscription after a 3-day free trial.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Price AI offers the following subscription plans:

All subscriptions include a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

4. Accuracy of Price Information

Price AI retrieves price data from third-party sources in real time. We do not guarantee that prices shown are current, complete, or accurate. Prices may have changed by the time you visit a retailer. Deal Scores and Fair Market Value estimates are calculated algorithmically and are for informational purposes only — they do not constitute financial advice or a guarantee of value. Always verify prices directly with retailers before making purchasing decisions.

5. Affiliate Links

Price AI participates in affiliate programs including Amazon Associates and eBay Partner Network. Retailer links in the app may be affiliate links. When you click a link and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This does not influence the prices shown or our Deal Score calculations.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Price AI Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Price AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including purchasing decisions made based on price information shown in the app.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion, your data will be removed within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
