The app uses artificial intelligence and camera access to identify products and provide real-time price comparisons across 50+ retailers. Our goal is to help you make informed purchasing decisions and save money.

Price AI requests access to your device's camera to enable its core functionality — product scanning. When you use the scan feature:
Camera access is required only when you actively initiate a scan. We do not access your camera in the background.
Subscription purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using In-App Purchases. We do not directly handle or store your credit card or payment information. Our subscription management provider, RevenueCat, receives anonymized purchase records to determine your subscription status.
We use AppsFlyer to understand how you discovered Price AI (e.g., from a TikTok ad, an influencer link, or organic search). This helps us allocate our marketing budget effectively. AppsFlyer may collect your device advertising identifier (IDFA) if you have permitted ad tracking on your device, subject to Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework.

Camera images submitted for scanning are processed in real time and are not retained on our servers beyond the immediate processing window.
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. However, no system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.
